At this time, we do NOT offer any returns or exchanges for product purchased on our website.
After your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and estimated date of arrival. If you do not receive this email, please check to see if the correct email address was used on the order. We typically ship through UPS or USPS. Incorrect shipping addresses may lead to returned or abandoned parcels. The customer is liable for any return shipping fees or loss of item if this occurs. We cannot be held liable for any damages or losses that occur during the shipping process. If your item is damaged or lost in the shipping process, please let us know. Orders typically are shipped within 2-5 business days. Though we work hard to get your orders to you as soon as possible, delays may still occur. Please be patient with us! Furniture and other large orders may take up to three months to ship because of delays with freight. We will contact you after purchase to schedule your furniture delivery and provide you with an accurate estimated delivery date. Our shipping costs are included in the prices of furniture pieces. We do combine shipping. As we package the order, we will refund you for any overages. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
